1. Review and refine each operating station
In your first week, the only goal was getting things done without worrying if they were good or bad. This week, keep that steady rhythm, but start polishing every step:- At the Capture Station: Instead of recording random notes, capture with clear purpose. Watch for real struggles your clients face or key lessons from your own work to feed high-quality raw material into your Intake Bin.
- At the Package Station: Do not stop at rough bullet points. Take time to clarify your core message, add solid supporting facts, and structure your thoughts cleanly.
- At the Share Station: Write simple, honest words. Put yourself in the reader’s shoes so your message speaks directly to what they care about.
2. Separate your personal notes from customer drafts
The hardest part of packaging is trying to remember what you did while also hunting for words that hook the reader. To keep your mind clear, split this task into 2 separate practical actions inside your seed:- Action 1: Record the truth for yourself
- Action 2: Write drafts for your reader
- Where to work: Open the child bullet points directly inside the seed node.
- What to write: Jot down 3 to 5 simple bullet points summarizing what you did, experienced, or achieved.
- Tone of voice: Use your own honest, everyday words. Keep it brief and clear at a glance.
- Preserve the core: This is your safe personal truth. Once written, leave it intact. Never dress it up or delete it.
3. Three steps to complete a quality seed
To turn a rough note into a complete, well-formed idea seed, follow these 3 steps in order:1
Set your frame and pick one core message
Open a seed from your Intake Bin or create a new one. Pick one clear core message: What exact problem does this solve, and for whom? You can ask your AI Assistant to suggest an outline of 3 to 4 main points, then stick to that frame.
2
Add context and supporting proof
Compare your outline against your past real-world experience or reference materials. Add real numbers and true examples to back up your points. Research only to support the frame you chose. Do not let extra reading distract you into restarting from scratch.
3
Finish your raw notes and create a draft
Finalize your 3 to 5 concise bullet points in the child node. Then open the attachment field to write a clean draft of 250 to 350 words in your reader’s voice, ready for publishing.
4. Refine seeds across 2 core pillars
Your content quality grows stronger when you focus deeply on the 2 pillars you set in Week 0:- Life Story Seeds (Build trust): Drawn from real experiences, hardships you overcame, daily habits, or personal values. Write honestly so readers get to know who you are and what you stand for.
- Craft Story Seeds (Show expertise): Drawn from real client workflows, fixing common mistakes, or answering common questions to prove your practical skills.
5. Rules to keep your work flowing
To stop refining from turning into a perfection trap that slows you down:- Stick to your chosen frame: Only add points to the outline you built. Do not change your structure just because someone else writes differently.
- Archive without regret: If an idea seems unhelpful or takes too long to research, archive it right away and move on to your next seed.
- Value finished work over perfection: The goal of this week is working with greater care to improve quality, but the final outcome is having ready drafts to publish in Week 3.
