Week 0 is the preparation runway before kicking off your 30-day journey. Instead of letting ideas float around in your head and falling into procrastination, this is where you configure your 3 foundational resources, clarify your career positioning, and lock in 2 core content topics so you know exactly who you write for and what solution you sell.

1. Set up 3 foundational resources

Before day 1 begins, finish setting up these 3 core tools:
1

Digital Brain Template

Duplicate the workspace configured with the 3 standardized stations (Capture, Package, Share) and core tags (#source, #seed, #contact).
2

Install Tana mobile on your phone

Install the Tana mobile app on your smartphone (see the Tana Mobile installation guide) to activate Tana Voice, allowing you to record and transcribe thoughts with zero latency anywhere.
3

30-Day Progress Tracker

Open the visual tracker to check off daily actions and sustain an unbroken consistency streak.

2. Define career positioning and lock content topics

Most solopreneurs fail because they overthink without writing things down, or write about too many scattered topics that disconnect their content from their final product:
  • Build your Career Map: Grounded in the BE - HAVE - DO philosophy, answer 3 core questions: Who are you? Who do you help? What exact outcome do they get? This serves as the compass shaping the digital product you package in Week 4.
  • Lock 2 Content Topics for publishing: To sustain your business without diluting your audience, commit to only 2 public topics:
    • Life Story to build trust: Share personal experiences, lifestyle, and fitness routines so readers understand and trust the real human behind the work.
    • Craft Story to deliver expertise: Dive deep into practical skills and workflows, identify painful bottlenecks your clients face, and solve them directly.

3. Public commitment and cohort companions

Making a public commitment and inviting running companions is encouraged to boost joy and accountability, but is not mandatory:
  • Declare your goal: You can share a short post on your personal social profile announcing that you are taking on the 30-day challenge to build 1 specific digital product based on your positioning.
  • Invite companions or witnesses: Tag 3 close friends or peers to join the journey, or ask them to observe and remind you to publish daily. Running together is more fun and sustainable, but if you prefer working independently, you can track your progress privately on the 30-Day Tracker.

Next Steps

Once your tools are configured and your positioning is anchored, you are ready for your first week:
