At the Package Station, you finalized your solution and moved the seed into the Sharing state (review How to Package if your Core Asset isn’t ready yet). But if you only post on social media randomly and walk away, you will fail to retain readers and never make a sale. Your primary goal at the Share Station is to distribute content strategically to attract paying customers, and use real audience feedback to validate or archive seed ideas. If you want to understand the deeper distribution mindset, read the Share Station Principles. This guide walks you through a 3-step workflow: Distribute ➔ Process Feedback ➔ Make Decisions. Following this process ensures you attract buyers systematically, measure real reactions, and only keep assets that truly generate revenue.

Preparation Before Sharing

Before distributing content, you only need two simple things:
  1. A Seed Idea in the Sharing state: Contains a complete Core Asset and ready-to-use Creative Nodes in its Attachments.
  2. Ready channels: Your home base for long-form content (like your website or blog) and your social channels used to connect with your audience.

Step 1 — Execute Distribution

Your distribution strategy always follows one simple rule: publish long-form first, then break it down into bite-sized content.
  1. Publish long-form content as your home base:
    • Take the Core Asset from your Seed Idea and publish it as a complete guide on your main website or blog.
    • This is your home base, preserving your intellectual property where it won’t disappear in fast-moving social feeds.
  2. Repurpose content from Creative Nodes:
    • Open the Attachments field of your Seed Idea to access your pre-written Creative Nodes.
    • Post these short snippets on social media, send them in email newsletters, or record them as short video scripts.
    • Inside each short post, include a link leading readers back to your long-form Core Asset to explore the full solution.

Step 2 — Process Audience Feedback

Sharing is never a one-way street where you post and walk away. This is when you pay close attention to how the market receives your ideas:
  1. Listen to reader reactions:
    • Watch comments, direct messages, questions, and objections beneath your posts.
    • Notice where readers get stuck, ask for clarification, or struggle to apply your advice.
  2. Collect feedback inside Attachments:
    • Pick the most insightful questions or thoughtful objections, and drop them directly into the Attachments field of your Seed Idea.
    • These real-world observations expose your blind spots, helping you refine your solution or inspire follow-up content.

Step 3 — Make Decisions

Based on audience feedback and business results from Step 2, make a clear decision for your seed idea:
  1. When content performs well:
    • Readers actively engage, ask to buy your solution, or report great results from your advice.
    • Move the seed into the Validated state.
    • Use the customer questions saved in Attachments to upgrade your Core Asset into a higher-tier guide or digital product you can sell repeatedly.
  2. When content falls flat:
    • Nobody cares about the post, or you realize this idea requires too much maintenance for too little return.
    • Move the seed into Archived.
    • Stopping rule: Never waste weeks endlessly tweaking an unproven idea. Archive it cleanly to free your mind, and move on to your next seed idea.

Results and Next Steps

By completing these 3 steps, you have walked an idea through the entire one-person business engine:
  • You know how to distribute content strategically to drive traffic to your home base rather than scattering random posts.
  • You have a clear feedback loop to turn comments into sales conversations.
  • Your seed idea reaches a clear verdict: either upgraded to Validated as a lasting digital asset, or safely Archived to keep your mind clear.
